HILDA

Hilda Lackner is 85 and lives alone in a remote house in the Waldviertel. She talks to herself a lot. It's been nice since her husband died. Her independence is her greatest pride. 

“I am free… like a bird!” she often said.

When she realizes that her strength is fading, she draws radical consequences.
